Greg Pomfred has over 5 years of grappling and MMA training at RSD under his belt. He uses this knowledge to instruct classes for both children and adults. He has won many trophies and medals in grappling competitons as well as racking up a 2-0-1 MMA record.

Matt Perry is a submission specialist with 5 years of Mixed Martial Arts and submission training. He has a Mixed Martial Arts record of 5-2. As an undersized lightweight he has competed against the top competition in New England. He has a passion for teaching and always seems to add in those crucial little details that make all the difference.

Dan Lauzon is currently 9-2 in professional mixed martial arts. Dan was the youngest ever competitor in the history of the UFC, when he made his debut at UFC 64 against Spencer Fisher. Despite a tough loss, Dan is on a four-fight win streak and working his way back towards the top of the sport. Dan will be featured on the season 2 premiere of the mixed martial arts show "Tapout", which airs in June of 2008.

Chris Palmquist has been training under Joe Pomfret for the past eight years. Chris is an advanced-level grappler, having competed in and won numerous grappling tournaments in the advanced division. Chris teaches submission grappling and runs the Team Aggression training sessions.

Doug Brown is the Muay Thai instructor at RSD. Doug teaches traditional Muay Thai and how to apply it to the MMA world. His attention to detail and ability to break down all the aspects of kick boxing allow him to create a class which is both functional and fun.
